VectisERP is inventory management and purchasing software. It connects a stock figure to the orders, deliveries, picks and counts behind it, giving you a way to check what changed.
I might build an inventory tool with a warehouse or a parts business in mind. A restaurant could see a way to manage supplies. An interior decorator might think about the pieces used to stage a home. You do not always know where people will find a useful fit until you understand their work.
The best thing I can do is choose a focus and keep refining it. For now, that focus is inventory and purchasing: making orders, receiving, picking and stock counts fit together, then improving the parts that make the job harder than it should be.
People trying the product will see things I miss. If you have to work around a screen or keep a separate record just to finish a task, I want to know why. It could be a confusing step, something missing, or a use I had not considered. Tell me what you were trying to do and where you got stuck.
You can try the public Alpha 2 demo with a fictional sample shop. No account is needed. Use made-up data; changes stay in the browser tab. Live business accounts, cloud sync and paid subscriptions are not available yet.
If you are considering VectisERP, use the contact page to talk through your workflow or a problem with the software. For the current product, read how receiving, picking and counts work.
